Colombia now enables general public cannabis usage
Colombia’s Constitutional Court has lifted a ban from the public consumption of cannabis. The move comes seven years following the control of little degrees of cannabis along with other drugs that are prohibited decriminalized into the country, and four years after medical cannabis had been legalized.
More specifically, the court declared Colombian president Ivan Duque’s Police Code unconstitutional and a breach associated with the fundamental rights of the residents.
